paradise, california
attracting new residents and businesses
problem

Approaching the fifth anniversary of 2018’s Camp Fire, the Paradise Ridge Chamber of Commerce needed a path forward that would bring in much-needed new residents and businesses to the community. Although a truly inspiring amount of work had been done to rebuild and modernize the area, the general public was still not aware that the ridge had transformed from tragically devastated to thriving and welcoming.

what we did

The Paradise Ridge Chamber of Commerce reached out to CDA to create a multi-year marketing plan that would revitalize the community. We began by meeting extensively with stakeholders in the public and private sector, executing community surveys, and producing an extensive strategic analysis and recommendation.

CDA launched a multi-phase program to re-brand Paradise and Magalia for a new audience; educating and supporting realtors while increasing visitation and top-of-mind awareness from target markets like Chico, Sacramento, the Bay Area, the Central Valley, and rural communities in Northern California.
